Only the best that South Tyrolean cuisine has to offer will find its way onto your plate. Our chefs at the Gampenalm mountain restaurant, Matthias and Tresl, make sure of that. And they also look after that certain something extra. Because cooking and alpine air generate creativity.

Booking required for evening dinners
We combine down-to-earth dishes from recipes of the senior chef with the refined delicacies of modern cuisine to achieve culinary marvels.
Wherever possible, products from our own farm and mountain pasture are used - bacon, smoked beef, gray cheese, milk and buttermilk, jams, juices and much more that come from our own production or from local producers.
In addition, a good glass from Peter's wine cellar or a shot of Schnapps enjoyed in good company for an authentic alpine treat.
