Gourmand pleasures

The Messner family has been running the Gampenalm mountain restaurant for over 40 years. Whether it's Kaiserschmarren, barley soup, cheese dumplings, the cold meats and mountain cheeses platter or game goulash - here you can taste your way through hearty specialties.

Summer: 10 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.

Winter: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Booking required for evening dinners

We combine down-to-earth dishes from recipes of the senior chef with the refined delicacies of modern cuisine to achieve culinary marvels.

Wherever possible, products from our own farm and mountain pasture are used - bacon, smoked beef, gray cheese, milk and buttermilk, jams, juices and much more that come from our own production or from local producers.

 

In addition, a good glass from Peter's wine cellar or a shot of Schnapps enjoyed in good company for an authentic alpine treat.
